Skunk2s Pro Series Intake Manifold for Hondas H-series features a larger plenum and oversized runners when compared to the OEM version for maximum horsepower and torque gains. Instead of producing a manifold with a significantly oversized plenum and excessively short runners that would sacrifice mid-range power, the Pro Series manifold was designed for the street enthusiast who wants more power but doesnt want to sacrifice mid-range performance to get it. The results are improved airflow, an enhanced venturi effect, and both mid-range and top-end power gains. Skunk2s cast-aluminum Pro Series Intake Manifolds for Hondas B-series engines are a direct-fit replacement for all B-series engines thanks to three separate flange designs and are compatible with all factory sensors and throttle bodies as large as 75mm. Pro Series Intake Manifolds offer horsepower and torque gains greater than competitors manifolds but without compromising mid-range power output. The design incorporates specially tapered runners as well as a larger, tapered plenum that together preserve mid-range power but increase and accelerate airflow to allow for significant top-end power gains. Pro Series Intake Manifold runner exits are also machined to best match the cylinder heads ports. Skunk2s Pro Series Intake Manifolds shape and design also increases wave scavenging effects at the engines ideal operating range, which allow for a broad increase in usable power. Skunk2 is a familiar name in the intake manifold business, with more than 10 years of experience designing, testing, and building them. Similar to OEM manifolds, Skunk2s Pro Series Intake Manifolds are shell-molded from 356-aluminum, CNC-machined for superior strength, a precise fit, and a high-quality finish, and vacuum-tested for quality. Each manifold is molded with smooth transitions from the throttle body opening to the plenum to the runners with clean parting lines for an optimal finish, both inside and out and features a genuine Skunk2 nameplate. Skunk2 is proud to introduce its 70mm Alpha Series Throttle Body for Honda’s B-series engines (also compatible with D-, F-, and H-series) in its exclusive, fine shot-blasted surface finish. Skunk2s 70mm Alpha Series Throttle Body is designed to be used with Skunk2s Pro Series Intake Manifolds as well as OEM and other aftermarket intake manifolds for bolt-on horsepower and torque gains by maximizing engine airflow, all at a competitive price. Skunk2s Alpha Series Throttle Bodies are precision die-cast from high-quality materials and include features previously offered only in our Pro Series line, like countersunk, stainless steel mounting bolts, solid brass throttle plates, fully machined bores, and idle adjustment screws for fine tuning. All Skunk2 throttle bodies undergo an extensive design and testing process to produce a throttle body that doesn’t just provide more flow but retains smooth drivability and OEM throttle characteristics. A larger throttle body is key to producing additional power throughout the powerband on modified engines with increased airflow demands. Skunk2s Alpha Series Throttle Bodies for B-series engines feature a large, 70mm bore, which results in significant horsepower gains throughout the powerband on heavily modified, naturally aspirated applications and even more on forced induction ones. Skunk2s 70mm Alpha Series Throttle Body offers Skunk2 performance, industry-leading customer service, and a limited-lifetime warranty policy, all at a price comparable to lesser budget-minded throttle bodies. Unlike the budget-minded throttle bodies, though, only Skunk2 Alpha Series Throttle Bodies ensure precise fitment and the peace of mind of knowing that a Skunk2 representative is just a phone call or email away.
