All products dispatched will be accompanied with tracking number(s) except when your orders are being combined into one parcel, those orders will all share the same tracking number. IMPORTANT: For all products that are categorised as orthotics, bracers & sleeves, these are specially ordered from our supplier. Because of this, our supplier would not accept returns from us. Please choose your size carefully before making your purchase. If you purchase the wrong size or product once dispatched, we will not accept returns or exchanges, nor will we be able to recall the parcel. Product Details Expiry Date : October 2025 Mepilex Border Flex Lite Dressings Mepilex Border Flex Lite is a thin all-in-one foam dressing that effectively absorbs and retains wound fluid (exudate) but keeps the wound sufficiently moist. Mepilex Border Lite is a thinner version of Mepilex Border. The unique and patented Safetac® adhesive makes sure that your dressing can be changed without damaging your wound or skin around it. This makes the dressing change as pain free as possible and also makes sure that the skin around your wound stays dry and healthy. Benefits: Minimises pain and skin damage at dressing changes Shower proof Very comfortable to wear Can remain in place for several days depending on the condition of the wound Can be lifted and adjusted without losing its adherence Low risk of skin irritation and allergy Areas of use: Low to medium exuding wounds such as: Pressure ulcers Leg and foot ulcers Surgical wounds Postage Details: All of our parcels are tracked, and do not require signature upon delivery unless requested. Nourish Cottage will not be held liable for loss of parcel(s) after delivery. For Australia deliveries: We use Australia Post for deliveries, which come with full online tracking with no signature required unless the orders are over $500. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check tracking details at any time. Our operating hours are from Monday to Friday, not including public holidays. If there is no one home to receive the delivery, the parcel will be left at your front door or in the mail box where possible. If there is no safe place to leave, your parcel will be brought to post office for collection. You must retrieve the parcel within 7 business days or it will be returned to us. There is a $16.00 return fees ($27.00 for express) for the returned parcel. You must provide a valid address. We will not be liable for mis-delivery due to wrong address provided. If the parcel is returned due to incorrect address, there is a $16.00 return fees ($27.00 for express) applicable for the returned parcel. Redelivery fees apply should a redelivery is required. Any parcels returned to us will be partially refunded (total amount minus any cost(s) related to the return, and eBay fees).
