They’ve succeeded. Their advanced design delivers a sub with over 20% greater cone excursion than a standard sub and a mounting depth of only 3.46″. It’ll pound out the lows in a sealed enclosure as small as 0.8 cubic feet. Built thin to winMPS subs are designed from the bottom up to minimize size while maximizing output. The design’s integrated support for the voice coil and spider structure allows the magnetic components to be moved inwards, resulting in shallower overall depth and cone excursion capacity. A tough polypropylene cone and rugged die-cast aluminum frame supply a solid foundation for the sub’s 500 watts of RMS power handling (1000 watts peak).
