Specifications Neck: Maple, Fingerboard: Rosewood, 24 3/4 inch (approx. 628 mm) medium scale, 22 frets, Head: Scarf joint Body: Alder Neck set: Detachable Pickups: 2 singles (GS-I), 1 humbucker (GH-I) Tuners: Rotomatic Bridge (Tune-O-Matic ARB-1 type): Die-cast, 10.5 mm pitch Tailpiece: Die-cast Controls: 2 volumes, 1 tone, 5-way lever switch Hardware: Chrome-plated parts This is a used guitar that has been serviced and cleaned. A Grass Roots GI-48LP-III BPS INORAN signature model. The neck rod adjustment part is Gibson specification (see image), and the body is probably soft maple. The bridge studs are directly attached (direct mount) without using anchors. There are small marks all over the body, and there are some dents and cracks in the paint, but the overall condition was good, so we chose it to sell after modifying the re-nut, wiring and shielding. It is also recommended for those looking for a medium-scale instrument that is easy to play and use. It have adopted noise-resistant wiring that works with hum cancellation except when the front PU and middle PU are used alone. Normally, the 1Vol. 2Tone control has been changed to a simple 1Vol. 1Tone control system. This takes advantage of the fact that the front PU and middle PU are “reverse wound and reverse magnetic pole”, and when the tone pot is pulled up, it switches to a powerful front PU + middle PU series connection (hum cancellation) in the front position. In other words, you can use an S-S-H guitar like an H-S-H. In addition, automatic coil tapping is enabled, and in the half tone between S and H, one of the H coils works like an S-S parallel connection (hum cancellation). When toggle switch is OFF → Normal wiring (F – F+M parallel – M – M+R parallel – R). When toggle switch is ON → Special wiring (F+M series – M – M – M+R parallel – R). *F: Front PU, M: Middle PU, R: Rear PU. Also, a special control of the coil tap balancer has been added to the position where the second tone was. The above wiring is sufficient for practical use, but it wanted to add a coil tap of the rear humbucker, so it gave it another twist. The nut was deterioration, so it was remade (re-nutted) with a bone nut. There was no uneven wear on the frets, so they were cleaned, polished, and the fingerboard was cleaned. When processing, the guitar was completely disassembled and inspected, and all parts were cleaned. It looks there is no dirt left inside or outside. The product is based on a used Grass Roots GI-48LP-Ⅲ BPS in good condition. the nut was deterioration, it will replaced it with a new. The frets are in good condition, with looks no uneven wear caused by pressing the strings across the entire fret area. In general, they are more than 80% worn. The guitar has been maintained in its original condition. If you are setting the string height to be particularly low, additional processing such as adjusting the grooves in the nut and rubbing the frets will be required.
