New Immobilizer Bypass CDI made by ‘C.D.I Ignition Technology’. To replace ACI 100 CDI unit on 100cc 2 STROKE Peugeot scooters. Will also work on 50cc models. UK Seller, Free Same Day 1st Class Postage. Suitable for: Peugeot Vivacity, 100cc before 2008 Peugeot Vivacity, 50cc before 2008 Peugeot Speedfight, 50cc Air Cooled Peugeot Speedfight, 50cc Liquid Cooled Peugeot Speedfight 100cc Peugeot Trekker 50cc/100cc Peugeot Elyseo 50cc/100cc Peugeot Looxor 50cc/100cc Peugeot Elystar 50cc Peugeot Squab 50cc Peugeot Metal X 50cc Important: Will not work with scooters that have the electric oil pump! Will also fit many other Peugeot Scooters fitted with the ACI100 CDI units. Check your existing CDI for compatibility. Replaces Factory Fitted Magneti Marelli ACI100.01, ACI100.02, 50cc and 100cc CDI units. Every CDI is tested on a test scooter prior to dispatch. Simply plugs straight in to the existing wiring loom. No wires to cut, no soldering, just plug it in and off you go! If you are having problems with your Peugeot scooters immobiliser or have a CDI fault (no spark, or won’t rev) then this is the simplest solution. Once fitted you will no longer require a key with a built in chip. The scooter will NOT HAVE AN IMMOBILISER or a REV LIMITER. Have you changed the barrel and keys on your scooter leaving it permanently immobilized? Then you can fit this CDI unit and it will run! Please check that there are no other issues with your ignition system first, this will only solve your problems if they are CDI related! NOTE: THE TIMING CURVE ON THIS CDI IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 STROKE ENGINES, 50cc and 100cc. If you have a 4 stoke 125cc Peugeot scooter, please see our other listings This is NOT a suitable replacement for the AEC400 CDi fitted to some older Peugeot scooters. Please check the model number on your existing CDI unit. INSTRUCTIONS: Remove the body work to gain access to your Peugeot ACI100 CDI unit. On the Peugeot Vivacity the CDI unit is located behind the leg shields. Disconnect the two connectors from the existing ACI 100 Cdi and then remove the unit by undoing the two bolts. Plug the replacement CDI into the larger of the two connectors, the smaller connector is no longer required. Mount the new CDI to the frame using the existing bolts. Re-attach your bodywork and off you go! WARNING: Many aftermarket CDI units have the same outer appearance because many manufacturers use the same outer casing. However, the inner workings, most importantly the Spark Timing, can vary by up to 30 degrees between manufacturers and the applictation that the cdi is intended for. We have imported the Cdi unit you are buying here specifically because it has a timing curve suitable for small 2 Stroke scooter engines, as fitted to many Peugeot Speed fight, Elyseo and Trekker scooters.
