It is the 05c Canoe from the fourth transportation issue 1990 to 1995. They were the fifty-sixth and fifty-ninth coil designs added to the set. The design was originally printed by Intaglio process and later by gravure with new colors. The 5c precancel stamps read Additional Nonprofit Postage Paid. They were used for various presorted bulk mail categories. We occasionally use Brookman minor numbers like “l” and “v” for variety because Scott numbers are inadequate.
