UK Delivery
All UK orders receive FREE Postage & Packaging, unless stated otherwise. Free P&P is with Royal Mail 48, unless stated otherwise. Orders that are over 2kg in weight may be split into separate packages due to postage weight limits. Larger orders or items may be dispatched via courier where deemed necessary at no extra cost.

All orders received by 14:00 (Mon-Fri) will be dispatch same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following working day (Mon-Fri). We do not dispatch on Bank holidays.

Some items may be too large to fit through your letter box and in most cases are held at your local Royal Mail delivery office or with a neighbour if no one is available to receive the package. 

European Delivery
Please see postage options for EU delivery. Prices may vary depending on which country you are purchasing from. International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Airmail, please allow 7-14 days for delivery.

Please be aware international shipments can be subject to an open and inspection by custom authorities.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or have any issues regarding you order, all you need to do is contact us and we will do our best to make sure we can resolve this. 

Any orders found damaged, defected or faulty will be replaced or refunded as requested and agreed. 

If you wish to return your unopened order for a refund, simply send it back to us including your full name, order ID, eBay ID and email address. Refunds can only be processed the same way as received. 

Items received back which are deemed unsatisfactory or not Go Inks stock may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal.

The price you see is the price you pay. Prices are inclusive of postage & packaging and VAT, there are no additional costs. International orders will incur an additional postage & packaging charged which is showed in the 'postage and payments' tab above or at checkout. This may vary depending on the country you are buying from. 

All orders come with a VAT invoice.

Right of exchange and return 
All articles purchased from Go Inks can be returned to Go Inks (please contact us for full address – ebay bann contact information in listings) within 14 days without stating reasons.

You should also note that returned goods must be in a condition corresponding to that of normal handling. We reserve the right to demand compensation for lost value if the goods are in a poorer condition on account of further use. You should also pay attention to the returns policy in section 2 below. We may be unable to offer a direct exchange, please contact us so we can advise if necessary. 

Right of revocation 
You have the right to revoke your contractual declaration within fourteen days in text form without giving any reasons. The deadline shall commence on receipt of these instructions in text form, however not prior to receipt of the goods by the recipient and also not prior to fulfillment of our information obligations in accordance with Article 246 § 2 together with § 1 Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB), as well as our obligations in accordance with § 312g Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 BGB in combination with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB and § 312g Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 BGB. In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us of your decision to revoke this contract by means of an express declaration (for example by post, registered letter, fax or email). The declaration of revocation can also take place by means of return of the goods without an additional notice within the named revocation deadline.

The revocation can also take place by means of a simple informal declaration addressed to us. 

In respect of compliance with the revocation deadline, it will suffice if you forward the notice of the right of revocation or the goods to us before the expiry of the revocation deadline. 

Consequences of revocation 
Should you revoke this contract, we will immediately return all payments which we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs which may be due to you having chosen a different type of delivery than the low cost standard delivery offered by us) and at the latest within 14 days of the date on which the notice of your revocation of this contract or the returned goods were received by us. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment as you used in the original payment transaction, unless another payment method has been expressly agreed with you. On no account will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We shall be entitled to withhold payment of the refund until we have taken return receipt of the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the items. The respective earlier time shall be decisive in this respect.

The deadline will have been complied with if you dispatch the goods before expiry of the 14 day deadline. You will only be responsible for any reduction in value of the goods if this reduction in value results from handling by you which is not necessary to ascertain the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.
